Direct primary care (DPC) is a healthcare model that differs significantly from traditional insurance-based medicine because it doesn't involve input from the insurance companies. When you select a DPC provider, you are instituting a relationship with that provider or medical office. This type of relationship alleviates patients' financial worries about healthcare billing and enables more personalized care. Direct Primary Care (DPC) fosters a personalized, direct, and transparent relationship between the patient and provider also referred to as membership medicine. DPC providers see fewer patients per day which guarantees longer appointments, same-day or next scheduling, 24/7 access to care, and more. Your provider will spend as much time with you as needed at each appointment focusing on your health condition or concerns without rushing. Since the insurance company is not involved in DPC the provider is not obligated to the rushed 15-minute window which allows more time and better care. Transparency in the DPC model means that you will know what care is being rendered, why you are receiving each service, and the cost with no surprises. DPC offers optimal services for an affordable monthly fee, with no insurance billing, no visit co-pays, and no unexpected bills in the mail. You will have unlimited office visits and the provider's personal email and phone number for communicating emergencies.

 Yes if  you have health insurance, you are still welcomed to utilize our clinic for primary care or use DPC. But if you have government health insurance, such as Medicare or Medicaid, you have to sign an agreement stating that any and all services provided will not be billed to those health plans. 

We use a membership model for health care services.

• Family plan two adults and two kids discounted @ $300/monthly regardless of conditions $30 for each additional child of the same household /family

    *** One-time enrollment fee is $99/ per person waived with annual membership

    *** Re-enrollment fee $250

Membership fee(s) is started upon the first visit. Membership fees are paid by the calendar month on an ongoing basis until cancellation. Payment of membership fees is required to remain an active member and receive services.

All members must enroll for Auto-Pay of invoices with a debit or credit or ACH. 

Auto-pay date may be selected for any day of the month during set-up. Memberships require no long term contracts but we do require a 30 day notice for cancellation.

Your monthly membership covers:

• Scheduled office visits (well or sick visits) 
• Comprehensive Primary Care services
•  30-minute appointments (at least), same-day or next-day appointments, 24/7 access to care
• Telemedicine visits, communication with the provider through email, and text messaging. 
• Annual Physical with labs and EKG if warranted
• Prescription for 90-day refills on most medications
• Specialist referrals as needed

Specialized services: All other services are offered at discounted prices exclusively to members.

   Although our goal is to provide most of your healthcare needs, there are times when other medical conditions and illnesses can arise that require specialty care, hospitalization, or surgery. Direct Primary Care only covers services offered in our clinic and is not intended to take the place of health insurance. Unlike traditional insurance plans, direct primary care has no insurer. Patients pay monthly or yearly for ongoing support from their primary care provider. The payment is made directly to the office rather than to a third party. By doing so, more of patient's money is spent on what benefits them, rather than wasted on unnecessary expenses. Studies have shown that it is often more affordable to purchase direct primary care plans than to purchase traditional insurance plans. Patients with DPC plans can also access their providers without worrying about being approved for visits by their insurance company. Direct primary care has many benefits, but it is typically accompanied by some form of health insurance. It's necessary because the Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires health insurance. It is common for patients who choose direct primary care plans to pair them with a high deductible, low premium health insurance plan.

For any reason, monthly memberships may be canceled with 30 days’ notice before the next month’s automatic payment.  All charges, including membership fees, will continue to accrue until cancellation notice is given. However, upon membership cancellation, re-enrollment is required.
